Monday: 3mile walk recovery and taper for 6hr Rhode Island ultra
Tuesday: 3mile walk active taper
Wednesday: 5mile trail run Big River, put on my orange and off to the trails I went. What a beautiful day sunny and 63F, hit the trails for a nice steady run. My legs felt good had to keep myself in check would have loved to have gone for a longer run.

Saturday: 3mile shake out jog, guess I am ready for tomorrows RI 6hr ultramarathon
Sunday: 29.7mile RI 6hr ultramarathon
