Friday: 7.5mile road run, legs felt OK but I just feel burnt out
Saturday: 0 Day Off, still feeling tired overall
Sunday: 10mile trail run Buck Hill, ran with Kenny nice technical and hilly 10mile loop lots of rocks water and steep climbs, legs felt good but still just feeling blah no energy.
